Is it a bad idea to make a "pure" archer? By that I mean, no matter how close enemies are I use bow/arrows. I love archery but should I ONLY use archery?

That's how I am. I don't carry any weapons other than a single bow and some arrows.

I only use arrows, and all of the arrows I have, I've found. I have close to 1000 arrows total, all of various types. Running out doesn't seem possible.
