Gods damn, why is Lucan Valerius loving essential. Nobody from these side quests should be essential. Only people essential to the main storyline and main stories for each faction should be essential. I want to kill this douche so I can keep the golden claw without it being marked as stolen.

not returning the golden claw to the guy. Which is part of the quest "The Golden Claw". Only the Dragon stone is necessary to the main story.

I was at Winterhold when a dragon attacked. When I killed it I accidentally shot a guard and got taken to jail.

Awww yeaah. First BSOD after disenchanting an item and then talking to invisible Farengar who sat in a room somewhat consumed by a void. Ie. Farengar's skin and hair were invisible and the entire Dragonsreach had huge squares of multiple textures missing with the sky shining through. Gotta love these bugs. Crashing to desktop every 30 minutes too.
