Ive killed a bunch of assassins which I think were sent by the black-briars I cant remember, and Ive killed a few bandits sent by some orc in Markarth who claims I stole from him

Some Whiterun guard randomly sent a group of thugs to teach me a lesson for stealing from them.

How to marry? I talked to Ysolda but the option doesn't come up. Just the standard caravan and trading dialogue comes up. I even did her quest. I have fine jewels and everything.

You need to wear the Necklace of Mara, obtained in Riften by the priest in The Temple of Mara
