I can't save my game anymore. When I click Save New Game, no new save file is added. I just finished the Glory of the Dead quest, now I have to go back and decapitate the loving witches again.

how do you do that infinite arrows glitch again?
'cuz i got 24 ebony arrows.

I think what you do is you reverse-pickpocket an arrow type of your choosing into the inventory of any archer practicing his shot(Guards doing this can be found in Castle Dour's courtyard in Solitude). They will then fire whatever arrow you gave them(their default is Steel) in infinite amounts, allowing you to camp by the target and take whatever arrows they fire.

It's suggested to do other stuff in the area of the archers while they do it, without changing maps so they're still fire.

I'm a wood elf with some bow I found in Labyrinthian that does 22 base damage for me. Plus I have so much magic stuff for armour that my magic regenerates super fast.

Dont need to. Right now I have 465 steel aarows, 27 elven aarows and a forgetload more in my house all from enemies killed
Making aarows is pointless. I use melee anyways
