The one to the southwest of Riften is the only one that lacks a mine of some sort. You also have to do a quest to get in the strongholds, but doing only one of them gets you access to all. Mor Khazgur gives you this silly little quest where you need to go find a crypt, go find some bandits, stomp said bandits and take a sword, then you enter the crypt and fight a unique draugr deathlord to recover some bracers that increase your smithing skill.

forget no i hate draugrs

they always detect me so i have to fight them head on

im the sneaky type i dont want to fight you you starfish

STOP IT

NO

Fighting deathlords is pretty easy for me, I just run circles around him and shoot them in the face. The problems start when he disarms you with a shout....

Do lumber mills do anything?

Do lumber mills do anything?
Lumber mills are basically just there to waste your character's time. Approach them and interact to pull a log onto the mill, which pushes the log through a bandsaw until it splits in two. Make your character feel manly.

I have a bunch of random stuff that's worth a lot of coin (Dragon bones, scales, rubys, ect.) Anyone know a really wealthy vendor? :3

There's a bug with Riverwood Trader where investing in them makes them have 10,000 total instead of just 500 more. I think I knew about it, but I completely forgot by the time I invested in him. Of course, when I tried to sell stuff to him right after, I remembered and was like "Uh... wow..."

The problems start when he disarms you with a shout....

Wait, the Disarm shout is on some enemies? D: I don't want to lose my Legendary Daedric Weapons somewhere on the floor along my path of retreat. :(

lol i just slaughter them before they can shout at me

I remember a draugr shouted at me and disarmed my legendary enchanted daedric sword and I couldn't find it anywhere lol

was loving mad and I couldn't find another daedra heart for a while

I didn't even know that could shout. I just kept beating the stuff out of them with my Warhammer.

You can buy them in winterhold college for like 700-something gold each

Was 800 gold for me, but that was before I maxed speech.

You know you can pick your weapons back up right?

anybody know a blacksmith? alvor died in a dragon attack, the warmaiden people died in a dragon attack as well, the skyforge guy died because guards killed him while he was fighting mila valentia, and that one guy in riften wont sell me anything now that i started the fire salt quest.
what do
You still buy/ sell from Balimund even after starting the fire salts quest, not sure how Eorlund died for you I thought he was a needed character. Every hold has a blacksmith just go to the other holds.

how the forget did a dragon attack kill the warmaiden guys?
The guy stays inside all day and the blacksmith bitch. while still being outside, never leaves the city walls. And I'm pretty sure dragons never attack the cities that use their own zones.
