Son of a BITCH! I go to Understone Keep in Markath for the first time, find this Blacksmith. He's like "Give me a Daedric Heart, and I'll make you awesome armor." I'm like "Oh cool, I actually bought too before and he can make full armor without the other stuff?" I give him the heart, and he gives me a loving regular stats Glass Shield. You can't even make this crap with a Daedric Heart? These hearts cost me like 847 and he sells those shields for 747, he made 100 gold profit off me that bitch. I'm going to KILL him, then reload a save to get my loving heart back.

Now how do I go about upgrading stuff to legendary, and can it be done on dwemer / steel plate?
