I somehow got Oblivion working, and I decided to get cosmetic mods out of the way for the sake of not caring to have them later on. How can I figure out how to get some mod armor? The mod doesn't tell me how to obtain this stuff, and it also doesn't seem to replace anything default... Does it just... appear in stores or something?

I just snuck out of prison without being seen at all, killing all the guards along the way, only to realize that it doesn't make your bounty go down. In fact you gain 100 bounty.
