Should I become a werewolf?
I'd say yes because there are no real disadvantages of it, at least for me, I never really sleep much in the game so I don't take benefit of the well slept buff.
Unless you want to be a vampire.

Should I make and improve an ebony bow or an ebony helmet?

depends on if you want a bow or a helmet :/

god damnit i want both but can only make 1

i have spent an hour pondering about this

What is your current helmet and bow?
Include stats.

As well as the helmet/bow stats because I'm dumb.

my helmet: 34 armor improved

my bow: 23 damage improved

ebony helmet: 30 armor

ebony bow: 24 damage

keep in mind im going to improve the ebony stuffs once i get it

also using potions and enchantments to improve weapons and armor 42% better

I'd say get the bow for now, even unupgraded it's better, so it'll be a big boost once it's upgraded.

Wait, I have 4 ebony ingots. Does it take 2 ingots to improve or 1?

The bow uses 3 ingots.

Everything only takes one ingot to improve.

i made the ebony helmet and its ugly so i sold it

i can make daedric things now

Ebony helmet IS ugly, I found one somewhere.

Become a werewolf and find the Lover Stone if you want the effects of sleeping (I think the effects of sleeping with one o' dem hoes) permanently. (+15% exp gain all skills)

So if you have those two, there are no real disadvantages.

I think being a werewolf negates the effects of the lover's stone
