Other way around. It's the only way to get an effect almost the same as Lover's Comfort when you're a werewolf.

There's one outside Kodlak's bedroom in Jorrvaskr which reappears every 3-4 days (I think), and there are two Daedra warriors in the Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon.

some person sells them in the college of winterhold. and I usually go to the shrines of mehrunes dagon for 2 others.
