I do have installed but when I use it I get an error pop up

Unable to get write permissions for:
C:\Games\Skyrim\Install Info

This error happens when you are running Windows Vista or later(I have Windows 7) and have put Nexus Mod Managers Install Info folder in the Program Files folder. You need to do one of the following:
1. Disable UAC *Not Recommended*(What?)
2. Move Nexus Mod Manager's Install Info folder outside of the Program Files folder for example(I couldn't find it anywhere)
C:\ModManagerInfo\InstallInfo

3. Run Nexus Mod Manager as Administrator. You can try this by right-clicking on Nexus Mod Manager's shortcut and selecting Run as Administrator(I already did this didn't work)

Oh nice, I know arvuti. Also, people told me he was a companion, but that video seems to show he's just an awesome item... With a price. Holy crap, I hope you can't actually sell him or can at least retrieve him afterwards.

This sucks! I had to uninstall Skyrim because I downloaded 3 mods last night and when I put the files in the folder I guess I did it wrong or something because when I play the game it loads up to the main menu but when you see the dragon emblem the game crashes! forget me.

Did you try Verifying the Game Cache?

The launcher for Skyrim is integrated into Steam Workshop, which allows them to distribute mods officially. Your game downloads mods subscribed to instantly. It'll say it on the bottom of the launcher. But I'm sticking to Nexus because I don't see enough control in the mod process for me.

Better integration:

Use Space Core as a base, since it's already assured integrated into Skyrim. Make him Wheatley, and have him recall facilities. He will mark off a Dwarven Ruin which turns out to be a variation of Aperture by the Dwarfs... Well basically, I'm just saying it shouldn't be a lab. It should be a Dwarven Ruin that relates to Aperture.
