Depends on which ones.

Normal ones are easy peasy, the other ones are kinda hard. Some are pretty hard.

They are also found in and near dwemer ruins

Nirnroot are alchemical ingredients. Bethesda tried to make them seem special by making them glow and chime when you walk past them, but bare-bones they're nothing but plants.

Falmer are one of the hardest fighters in the game imo.

Go check out the Midas Magic mod, it has a spell that lets you do that.

The gamejam is something they do for every game, though this is the first I've heard of it. They do it the week after the game is released. I think they'll probably make it as dlc though.

You go up to a giant with the core and wait until the giant does that "I'm going to fling you into the sky" thing, then have him hit the core and as it flies it yells "SSSSSSSSSPPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCE"
