Hjerim in Windhelm has broken weapon racks if you enter the house before you buy all the upgrades.
Proudspire Manor in Solitude has broken weapon racks with no workaround of which I know.
Breezehome, however, works just fine. All other houses I have not bought.

The Breezehome weapon racks are broken for me, however the Proudspire Manor ones work fine for me.

so far I have dwarven boots, shield, and two gauntlets (sets, not literally two single gauntlets)
it worked out just perfectly because that means I have one gauntlet set I can give to some lady who sent me a letter about it and keep one for me
I didn't even have to go out of my way for them either, all of these were found sometime in the companion questline
early parts too, I've just now finished the Silver Hand quest, the one where you become a werewolf

The gamejam is something they do for every game, though this is the first I've heard of it. They do it the week after the game is released. I think they'll probably make it as dlc though.

No no, I think they finish the game with all the current concepts, send it out to be retailed and approved, and while all that is going on, they are making more ideas they know are late to be validated so they don't feel restricted. The bad thing is none of it is default.

How do you get mods from the Workshop? :o

Library > Skyrim (Don't open) > Right side > Scroll down > Click Workshop > Click a mod you want > Click Subscribe > It downloads next time you open Skyrim using it's normal launcher with the Data Files and all those options.
