they don't, but there is a new vegas nexus. Steam Workshop is still pretty new, only TF2 and Skyrim are supported by it.

you can bind the favorites menu stuff to the number keys

Trust me, I've done it. On the XBOX. It only has 2 however. Left on dpad and right on dpad.

while in the favorites menu, hold left or right on the dpad for the item you want to select

I used beat form, but instead of actually turning into a werewolf, I just gained some werewolf visual properties, and kept my armor on me and my weapon in my hand
sorta looked like a more dog-like Khajiit
