Can't beat drouger scrounger in the first/second main quest of the Winter Hold College quest line.

so far ive lost tolfdir (however you spell his name) because he stayed behind and i just did the first pillar puzzle

I think I've officially joined every faction I can

the Brotherhood
the College
the Circle
the Guild
the Forwsworn (as far as it goes anyway, I did the associated quest and got the Old Gods armor set)
is there anything I'm missing? I don't count the Stormcloaks because I can't join them after the Empire, plus I hate the Stormcloaks and most Nords

I can't kill parthurnaax, he was so kind to me...

I once saved my game at the Throat of the World and killed Paarthurnax. I went down to High Hrothgar and the Greybeards wouldn't speak to me(as if they usually do). I approached Arngeir and he told me, "This is how you betray Paarthurnax's trust? Our trust?" and I shed manly tears. I reloaded.
Then, without killing Paarthurnax, I went to Sky Haven Temple. I walked past the table in the armory and found that nothing there was considered mine; it gave me the option to steal what I saw. I sought Delphine and Esbern, out in the courtyard. They told me, "I'm sorry Dragonborn, but until Paarthurnax lies dead, you're not welcome here." I said, and I quote:

YEAH, WELL forget YOU.

I'm having problems with Lydia
occasionally she wont follow through doors that lead you to a new area (meaning I have to load it)
sometimes she's really persistent about it, and I have to go back and forth a few times
she started doing it after I completed Laid to Rest
I've been thinking about dismissing her and getting a new follower for a bit

 Let me just say, Erandur is amazing.

 2 things happened in riften today, one being Erandur saying, "Riften, blah blah blah, hope nothing bad happens while we are here." Boom! Dragon attack.
 Then later, as we exited to get a book for Urag,  Bandits raided? the town, it consisted of 2 bandit chiefs, a bandit outlaw, and a bandit.
