The amount of weapons sold should directly influence the amount of enemies with such weapons spawned. AKA you sell that many daggers, stuffloads of highwaymen with daggers around.
Would that not make them easier? You could just sell a bunch of stuffty iron daggers, effectively lowering the difficulty of the game when it comes to bandits and the like.

The status of your character should affect the way people talk to you.
"Go farm some wheat."
"I'M THE FREAKIN' ARCH-MAGE OF THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE"
"Whatever, go chops some wood, kthx."

As a proportion - not directly. They would maintain difficulty, just use daggers. Maybe some sold items would end up on enemies you kill?

After starting my new character, I started using Block a lot and am now realizing how useful it really is.

100 Block perk makes it all worth it.

Don't know if I want this character to use much magicka besides restoration for obvious reasons, or if I want to just be a warrior-tank-ish class.

I've always liked Conjuration, and never have used alt/illusion, but with shields n such, I can't use it much.

Also, any way to make leveling progress slowly/er?

I totally agree with these. Whatever the player does should affect the world around them, sell stufftons of armor and weapons, prices go down and more people wear that specific set of armor or use that specific weapon out and around the city of sale.

And if you are a Thane of Solitude, you should be able to have like, feasts or something with the Jarl.

One interesting mod in the workshop is trying to create some sort of economy in Skyrim, "Skyrim Trade Guild" or something.

am i the only one that never makes new armour and just steals it from my dead enemies/finds it

You gotta pickpocket it off a Daedra.

>ebony
>ugly
>:(
just some of them
I like all the armor (except the helmet it looks funny), and both axes, the mace, and the greatsword
I don't like how the dagger and sword taper
