been thinking about Proudspire Manor, it'll cost 39,000 total to buy it and all of its upgrades

Last I heard, Proudspire Manor (I think) is probably the single buggiest place in the entire game. You can own two homes.

It truly is. I've lived in it for nearly 30 levels now and I can't change the armor on the mannequins or place stuff on the ground in a decorative manner. :C

I haven't even ever crafted anything except for like 3 strips of leather.
