In Cyrodiil you have mountainous regions, plains, deciduous forests, swamps, oceans/islands, etc.
Fixed.

If Valenwood would be in a game (provided the game is set at or around the time of the Dragon CrCIA) it would only make sense if the game was centered around Alinor.

Marked for death stacks, and also makes things more vulnerable to shouts. If you keep spamming it, what you're fighting will eventually have no armor and low health, allowing for an easy kill.
I still think it's easier to
a) Smack it with a hammer until it stops breathing
or
b) Sneak up behind it and slice its throat open with a dagger
or
c) Put an ice spike(or five) through its head

speaking of slitting throats, sorry to the impericigarettes, but whenever I see a farmer going to join the imperial legion, I just slit his throat.

That's why everyone hates the stormcloaks.

I hate how there is practically no "jack of all trades" class, the closest one is Imperial and they don't have jack squat in stealth.

What are you talking about? Your character can be whatever you want it to be.

Ive said this before, but my theif/stealthy character is an Orc and I feel as if I was a Breton.

One of my Nord characters is a highly practiced mage. It's kind of fun contradicting your own race.

slightly relevant:
am I the only one who thinks heavy armor belongs on Argonians and light armor belongs on Khajiit?
it feels weird to mix that up to me

I don't think making any games past Skyrim can be done without loving over the lore since one of Skyrim's major quest lines involves you completely changing the course of the entire land.

You either make one path cannon or stick with linear stories.
Without reading further I'll say that perhaps that's why they're making an MMO... cause then you can just pick imperial or stormcloak in the mmo and it'll be fine

My thief character has completed all questlines except for the Legion(having completed the Stormcloak questline already) and the Companions. And I'm seriously considering joining the Companions once the Thieves Guild is back on its feet. I'm even the Arch-Mage of the College, and I'm not even a mage.
Skyrim has opened my eyes to this style of play. Why shouldn't a thief be the Listener, Thieves Guildmaster, Arch-Mage, Stormcloak officer, and Companions Harbinger? I never did this in Oblivion--I thought it abhorrent to be in the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild at the same time, and for a non-mage to be the Arch-Mage sounded completely horrible. For a mage to be the Grand Champion was unusual at best.

it feels odd joining every sodding group in the country

Yeah, I know. It always messes with my roleplay. It doesnt feel right to go from all powerful mage to a stealthy character :c

It doesn't feel right to be a thief or a warrior.

I've filled all roles
I've completed every major faction questline except...
I've completed every major faction questline.
with one character
doesn't make me feel weird, just makes me feel even more important, being a nightingale and guildmaster, arch-mage, harbinger, listener and speaker (who killed the loving emperor)
not to mention ultimate dragonslayer and killer of Alduin

still not that great a mage though
completed most of the college's questline with a large hammer

I was kinda pissed that the emperor had a fake and when I finally got to the real him he was like "Do what you gotta do. I don't care." >:C
