how does mod manager load order work? do the mods at the bottom of the manager load so that they overwrite things, or is that the mods at the top?

I have no idea, I do know that if you have two mods that do the same thing one will be disabled.

bottom loads last so it overwrites if necessary

download the program BOSS, it sets the load order for you

Great. Another game that withholds content just to make it into overpriced DLC.
The crossbow thats coming with it was supposed to be in the main game, but only a glitchy version can be obtained using PC console commands. loving brilliant.
