I like this idea, I just have two suggestions.
- More realistic real-time fire
- Fire spreads more than once
- Fire spreads to new bricks
- Fire can only break bricks at the top of a stack
- Bricks touching the bottom of the map can't catch fire
- Bricks sprayed with the pearl FX can't catch fire
- Fire doesn't scorch bricks - No special colorset required.
Bold #1: If you are really trying to simulate a building fire, this should be taken out. The top of any structure will understandably burn faster then any other section of the structure but that doesn't mean it will break first. For example, if a house is on fire and the fire spreads to a wall, the middle section of the wall may collapse before the top. The way fire breaks things is completely random and in my opinion it should be kept that way.
Bold #2: If you are talking about how in the old mod the bricks would turn black before breaking, I feel that feature should be kept in as it increases the realism of a structure fire.
