It doesn't matter that it's fast enough for you, the problem is is that it is extremely unsafe to use IE instead of Firefox Or Chrome.
Chrome and Firefox have a lot better security when it comes to web browsers. There are exploits people find with Internet Explorer that they can use to give you viruses and forget stuff up on your computer.
Also, the fact that it completely breaks web pages and doesn't support a lot of newer web design things.
Do you know that web designers have to specifically re-make their websites
just for Internet Explorer?
That's why you shouldn't use it. Not because it's slow, but because it is
unsafe and
extremely out-dated.
