they're literally just the hd555s (which are lower in price), except the hd555s havea piece of foam inserted near the speaker to limit the frequency range
it takes 10 minutes to upgrade the 555s and it's hard to forget it up

welp the easiest way I'd assume would be if you already have FL, get Native Instruments Massive and some samples. Then just forget around (there's probably tutorials on YouTube for how to make wobble basses and stuff) and you'll have dubstep with enough practice and musical knowledge haha
