Ontopic: It sounds nice, I hope someone actually does work on this, but it needs some concepts, people can't just make a VTOL like they can a helicopter or a plane.

That second one isn't even a 'hovercraft', its just a plane that takes off vertically, it is jet powered for the rest of its flight.

Those aren't hovercrafts. At all, you made a topic on it without even knowing what it is. VTOL = vertical take-off and landing, magical hovering vehicle.

If you're requesting a plane that takes of vertically, ok. If you're requesting a hovercraft, don't call it a VTOL.

So then why quote some one saying "make a hovercraft" and say "hoverable jets"? A 'hoverable jet' sounds an awful lot like a hovercraft to me.
