I'm scout, removed the culprits names because I don't want to get in more crap.
These guys are hackers, I know this, they're DDoSers, and they have other hacks, etc.
I'm paranoid, who should I report this to?
Note I don't want to get involved locally, so no parents/police. Can't log in to Steam to report it to support either.
