Updated.

Change log:
- Added ajax loader. This will let the user know there is a quote loading, useful if the server suddenly gets slow.
- Added sound control. (Top right).
- Made changes to PHP code to prevent loading of same quote again.

Known bugs:
- MySQL picks unaccepted quotes from the database (This is rare). This appears to be a bug on their part, as my code is fine.

Finished ban system, and banned the people that abused the system.

Keep in mind, trying to use HTML in the quotes won't work.
