The intense DM that requires nothing but the default addons.
(even tough I have a stuffton of addons and tend to use the riot shield in the mini)

-Standard Player-Type isn't as buggy.

• Rocket jumping

-Yeah, most Rockets have this feature.  Glad you mentioned it as if you included it tactfully.

• Real men can get out of the arena with only rockets.

-"Good" servers would prevent this.

• Disappearing plates

-Could be loving annoying, could be interesting.

It's there for a reason, trust me. Try dodging 2 rockets fired at you when you're up against a corner.

You don't.  You just die and then start the next round because that's what a fair server would do.

Pieman in another thread got all butt-mad when someone rated his build when he didn't ask for a rating, so I actually didn't mean for that to be rude.  Honest.

This, doesn't happen. If someone tries to stay in a corner they'll just get shot out of it. If you're smart, you aim at the wall behind the dude.. and you maybe even will kill him.

Also, have you been on the server. I can assure you that it's an awesome place for people that loves to deal with rockets. One of my favs. The quake playertype makes it even better because there's always something happening then.

I find this alot more fun. More adrenaline. Manty's is pretty boring.
