Author Topic: Energy Drinks: How Bad Are They, Really?  (Read 4583 times)

don't listen to this dude. known idiot.
I lol'd hard, just cause it was you saying it.
If kids were allowed to do whatever, their lives would quickly get run into the ground, and possibly die.
What I'm saying is that you have to understand why your parents don't want you doing something, and if it's an idiotic reason ignore it.  That's what I do and whenever I disobey my parents they are never too pissed, mainly because I only ignore their moronic rules.
Oh look, something totally unrelated to what we're talking about.

You just told me to go directly disobey my parents. You can forget off and come back when you can give advice like a person with a brain larger than a peanut.
Oh wow that's what bothered you?  Then you're just a pusillanimous individual if you can't stand up for yourself.

Remember parents telling you to not go far into the sea on a beach?
>if kids were allowed
>were allowed
Being allowed to do something.
And not being allowed to do it, but doing it anyway.
Both are very different things and you have forgotton that.
no that's not what he said go back and read again
Okay, he said that you shouldn't listen to them all the time because they might not be right because
people's parents aren't automatically right.
Not really that dumb.

Then you must have overprotective parents then.
Common sense is basically what parents want you to have, his parents just probably want him to drink healthier drinks.

I listen to my parents because, unlike you apparently, I'm going to be a respectful, productive member of society instead of a troublemaking anarchist.

I almost got drunk off red bull a few days ago, it wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done
Idiot >.<

For example, my parents told me two things on the subject of alcohol.  First, don't drink it.  Second, if you are intoxicated, get a ride from a taxi or call us.

Ignored first, followed second.  My parents realized I wasn't sober and were like, "Fine, just remember you can never drive with someone who is drunk."

Yeah, I'm going to forget up society because I didn't listen to everything mommy and daddy said to me.

Yeah, I'm going to forget up society because I didn't listen to everything mommy and daddy said to me.
Ignoring your parents like that means you are disrespectful. Disrespectful people tend to be the real troublemakers, the sub-par stuffty members of our world. Five bucks says you join that group.

Problem is here you act like parents are all overprotective people only existing to stop you doing stuff.
They were teenagers too at one point.
I wouldn't want my kids being hyper energy drink junkies.

I never ever ever have two cans of ANY energy drinks in one day and I don't drink them very often. It's pretty much like alcohol for kids so I never drink it often I only rarely drink it only when I go to parties

Well I go to the most prestigious high school on LI, and all adults who meet me always talk about how cordial and nice I am.

You need to get your head out of your ass, just because your parents tell you to do something doesn't mean they are right.  Parents are humans, and humans make mistakes.

Also that $5 I get from you will buy me a nick of weed, so thanks.

Yes, and they drank just like I did.  That's why they weren't upset.

My parents are actually very liberal with rules, on a side note.  It's just at times me mom gives me a stupid rule.

Well YOU need to stop making stuff up, I never said my parents were right about it.

I would only Drink them if i had to study all night and i had a really big test this morning.
Their ok but really only drink them if you have a really important event tomorrow and you stayed up all night

I never said my parents were right about it.
Good.

And on a more helpful note, don't drink them if you do any sports, as they are considered "performance enhancers' I think, but look it up if you are actually worried cuz I'm not sure.
