Normal pedestrians walk across the street also.
The force push is usually only enebaled when you have Develepoer Mode enabled. Same thing with infinite slow mo and game pausing.

no, pedestrians will literally never walk across the street. every time i have shot someone walking across the street, it was an assassin.

if you take your eye off the VIP for 2 seconds he dies.

protip: look on the streets middle area, and occasionally onto your sidewalk. whenever you see some cigaretteafs run up to them and wack their skulls in.

if you have an option to do that anyway

How I handle a situation when there's multiple assassin's attempting to kill my VIP:

Run towards one of them, tackle them, get up and shoot the others. Then execute the person you tackled.
It seems to work every time.
Make sure to get up in slow motion though.

What I do is tackle my vip and shoot the crazy forget out of every bastard that walks, including civilians cause I don't be trusting sneaky bastards.

I walk around hitting everyone in the face and shoot anyone who looks even slightly suspicious across the street.

I can't get past the third level where everyone (including you) has sniper rifles

they ambush him with like, 30 people at once!

I also can't aim for stuff with the hunting rifle

I use the L key to turn on laserbeams. Makes it so much easier
