no, pedestrians will literally never walk across the street. every time i have shot someone walking across the street, it was an assassin.

They do, its just the assassins will walk across the street towards you VIP. And the knife guys still sometimes just take the sidewalk.

Also, if you find yourself facing many enemies at once, press E key, shoot, press E key and shoot again. Repeat for however many enemies there are. Just be aware this will NOT work on the zombie assault rifle level.

Now go through every level in third person mode with the laser sight.
Then do it without the laser sight.
Then do every level with the handgun (not magnum)
Then try every level with fists only.

Yes, I have. Pedestrians don't walk across the middle of the street, but they take the 'crosswalks' sometimes.
