I cant permanently slomo, lazer sight, pick up weapons, disarm, or leap in the correct direction.
I also cant mental fling.
You mean even with dev mode on?

here's how to disarm, while holding a weapon press q, then run up to an enemy and and when you're close enough "attack" and it'll do a little animation and you get his gun, but the ammo you have for it is what's in the gun

how to pickup a weapon: look for a gun on the ground, press q, crouch, then click

If you knock out a civilian, then act like your taking a weapon from them, it does this very weird sound glitch.

no, not even close. If you shoot someone in the foot, they don't die instantly. If you shoot someone in the stomach, they don't die instantly. Hell, you can even shoot people in the head and they wont die.
if you'll notice in-game, (this even comes up in the manual i think) you rarely end up killing the assassins but rather you just shoot them once, perhaps twice, and you just incapacitate them, which is reasonably realistic because they're basically not a threat then. it has happened to me however that on longer stages i have seen incapacitated assassins suddenly get right back up after a while and get right back to work.

excuse me sir the correct term is "zombie."
behavior aside zombies basically just have a higher regeneration time once you've incapacitated them. you more or less have to kill them.

For a free dev game, it's pretty damn hard. I could only get this far:

Actually a lot of the levels that the guys seem to have pistols really have magnums. You can tell from the brown on the side.

Easy, actually. Laser sight, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, while reloading whack the stuff out of wverybody, repeat.

Of course, it's rather reliant on having perma slow-mo.

For some reason, my custom levels don't work... anyone have advice?

I set custom levels in config to 1, then I edit the custom level prefs in the file in Data.

Then I start the game and it's the normal game, what do?

Bump of awesomeness. I love how crisp the graphics are, but I kinda dislike how almost ever part of every model is a triangle.
