I personally like Bolt Action rifles the best out of any kind of rifle. I've had a Mosin Nagant for a long time now and I really like it. The only kind of rifle I haven't shot is Lever Action, so I can't say anything about lever action rifles.

They're really nice for quick shooting. If you keep them reasonably oiled, you can move it fairly smoothly and with very little effort.
