Author Topic: Whats the most badass thing you've ever done in a videogame?  (Read 2041 times)

Yes. So basically, discuss those moments in videogames where you are just like "Wow. That was badass."
For me, that part in Mw2 campaign where you pull the knife out of your stomach and throw it into that guys eye.

That game is pretty awesome.

post apocalyptic mayhem
someone used a bomb on me and i did around 10 hyper-speed barrel rolls, then i turned on the drill in front of my car and tore through the roof of a school bus i landed on

It was in NFS: Hot Pursuit 2, (the original one), and I knocked like 6 cop cars into a huge cluster forget on the side of the road in one neat move and pealed away, with badass music playing in the backround

I was in the Homefront Beta on Xbox, was playing on this server... can't remember enough to describe the full level, but I was just running around trying to find teammates. Suddenly, I'm getting shot. I start running like hell, see stairs. I run up the stairs, and keep running past a teammate on top of the small metal tower. I fall, it was just a ledge. I only fell like 5-7 feet, landed, died. My teammate sorta looked around confused, but the clinch was this: It gave me a view from the guy who killed me in replay, and from his perspective he sees me run up the small tower, fly off the unrailed part, and land VERY lazily on one of those road side metal car stopper things. It sorta looked like I was still standing how I landed. It even sorta looked like I was still standing. He just watched me go up and off, and then walks over a little like "He didn't just die from that, did he?" But I had such low health, it killed me. XD

pretty much sums it up

Beat me to it. :V

Also, one time in Call of Duty: Black Ops I was playing multiplayer in Nuketown, and I ran across the map, threw a tomihawk randomly at a 60 degree angle and it spawnkilled someone behind the house on the other side of the map. B)

I don't think you can consider something badass if it automatically happens.

Anyways:

Command & Conquer: Renegade

Threw nearly 50 proximity mines on the front of an APC.
Hopped in.
Stealth Black Hand with nuke beacon hops in passenger seat.
I kindly tell him to get out if he doesn't want to die.
He doesn't listen, instead, insists that he wants to drive instead. (like he can't see the loving mines)
I lock the vehicle (a mod so people can't drive it away on you)
I exit the vehicle, and so does he.
He tries to enter it to drive it, it kicks him out.
He stands there, probably typing.
I hop in knowing he's typing and I drive off.
Now here's the exciting part...

I lagged my computer with so many explosions, constantly hearing the 'boink' sound indicating I got a kill.
My kills flooded the chat.
But I died in the process, and nearly killed the light tank that they stole from us. (they didn't have a weapons factory)

I don't think you can consider something badass if it automatically happens.
Then what about a 720 fakie claymore switch hit in public off the giant gas tank on 'Terminal'
One of the few trickshots ive ever hit in public. I feel so proud and stupid.
Also, I dont make montages. Its like bragging about how you DIDNT get UMPed while trying 5,000 times to hit a shot.

I was playing a game.
And I shot a dude.
And he shot me.
Then I shot him again.
And he died

L4D2: As a Tank, I knocked a car almost all the way to the other end of a street, hitting and incapping all 4 survivors in the process.

Black Ops, Nuketown.
I was sniping in one of the houses when the enemy team spawned behind me. I turned around, and sure enough, a guy was coming up the stairs. I surprised him and killed him with my sniper. Another guy cane up, who I used a concussion grenade on and sniped him as well. By this time the enemy team pretty clearly knew where I was. I got shot up a bit by the next guy, but he trod upon my claymore and died. I ran over to the stairwell, and seeing the round would soon end, I deployed my RC-XD. Just then, 2 guys burst through the door, and I killed them both with my RC. I won our team the round (And they lold when they saw the killcam), and completed a challenge for having my RC kill showcased as the final kill.
it was good day yes

tf2

pretty much all the time i'm a scout

Performing a beautiful jetpack tackle on a Daishi with my Thor, kneecapping it with my dual LBX20s before it got up and then running circles around it shooting it in the weapons until it was limping around completely unarmed.

Battlefield 3.

Take down the entire enemy team from behind in the second part of Operation Metro. They all were staying together and I took a alternative route, then took them out all. I reloaded twice and no one looked behind. I derp'd after that.
