Sniper rifles aren't supposed to be more efficient than shotguns at close range. It makes no sense.

Snipers/recons shouldn't be at close range anyways.

Its a cheap and a pusillanimous individual strategy to use which is generally frowned upon; At least by most people.

Depends really. Lil Wayne is like the skrillex of rap. It straight up sucks, and many of my friends who listen to rap know that. Granted, a select few of his songs are okay, he is just trash in general IMO.
