I smacked the protrusion, sending the mini-monitor back into it's alcove. I jumped out of the thin cot, which squeaked as I moved. Afterward, it retracted in, and out went a box. I opened the box, grabbed my clothes, and put them on. This suit, made out of adamantine strands, could withstand a vibro-knife stab, but not a bullet. I put it on, and hoisted the rifle over my shoulder. I approached the armor rack, and grabbed my armor plating, made out of ceramic and a titanium covering. This armor was used to stop bullets. I donned it, and headed out from the door to the cafe.
