Did you ever stop and think that maybe its because hes deaf, that he has problems with his grammar, has difficulty functioning properly, etc? imagine if you couldn't hear any noise, and your only means of communicating was hand motions and the internet
he can write down things too
not well of course but that's another means of communication more common than the internet, and also most likely to have been used in his school
which apparently considering he's old enough to get a job means his school hasnt done very good
would deafness be a reason to enter the special ed program? they teach kids more precisely to the ways necessary in special ed, don't they?
or do they just pick up the recycling like the kids in my school's special ed program
