Please don't post in Help if you're not going to help people. There are other forums for complaining about how awful V20 is.

Can you create new folders in your Documents folder?

What happens if you go to http://cloud.blockland.us/blobs/7e1c52f80e338d944dd42dd3fce461daad6d23b2? Does it download a file? Or show an error?

It downloads just fine. No errors what so ever.

Well, I tried something that KINDA almost worked, but you need to have Windows for this.

• Install v20 on Windows.
• Copy the contents of the Blockland documents folder onto a jump drive or something.
• Remove everything from the Mac OS X Blockland v20 documents folder.
• Move the Windows Blockland contents from the jump drive into the folder.

For me it made the lower bar progress about 10% and then it gave me a new error:

File: /Blockland.app/Contents/MacOS/Blockland
Hash: 46d4c185107ea63235f71d3fc8e79 b40c6ec6ff9

Perhaps you could try that or try downloading the windows version directly onto Mac, what does that do for you?

I don't have an add ons folder.

If you're on Windows, then why would you download the Mac OS version of Blockland? And, that doesn't help one bit as all of us are Mac users.

I have already identified the problem.  Your documents folder is read only or your user account does not have permission to write to it.

Trailing onto what Lordy Lord said,   
I already thought of changing permissions of documents to Everyone- Read and Write, did it to Blockland folder, I didn't work, so I suppose that we haven't exactly identified the full problem, even turning off firewall doesn't work. I have also downloaded that blob thing and it dowloaded fine.

That wouldn't work. Mac OS is .app and Windows is .exe

Well, experiment. Do what I said above, and maybe take the main Blockland file out and put the original in? That's the only real exe anyway, the rest are .dat or .log or the like, and they come that way for Windows and mac.

Its not a valid solution though, we need a solution that can apply to people who only have macs. I'm almost certain this will be like v18 (v19 was released some days later fixing mac problems), this time it will be v21...
