Suggestion for V21: Console window is hidden by default

Dunno if this should go in the S/R forum, but oh well.

The console window that runs in the background while playing Blockland is good to have there, but annoying at the same time. I think there should be a setting in the Options menu, or even in the game's shortcut/command line, that lets you choose if you want to display the console running in the background or not.

Is this part of the Engine or can it be hidden or not? Discuss.

Suggestion revamped: Can we make it default that the console is hidden? That would be lovely.

Make a Shortcut for BlocklandLauncher.exe
Right-click
Properties
Add -noConsole to the end of the target so it's:

Code: [Select]

"x:\x\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe" -noConsole
I put x as a variable, since the directory may vary.

I personally prefer it to the ingame console, since you can move it around so that it doesn't effect the chat area

Just to know: Badspot will not release another large version just for some little Suggestion. He will upload via hes BlocklandLauncher.exe a quick update that does that. So the Title Name should be: "Suggestion for Next Update: Console window is hidden by default"
