I love the Saints Row series
even if i have only played saints row 2 teehee

This game looks so loving fun.
And if anyone tries giving it stuff about it's lack of proper realism, go forget yourself. This game is a complete change from the boring sand-and-gravel realism games and gives you something you can loving laugh at because the game is just that fun. It's a game for loving around god dammit, not a game to properly simulate being a gang leader.

Enjoy the 20 fps.

that's if you have a good computer

and 20fps is normal since the human eye sees at 15 fps

Play games at 15 fps, and then 60. Nope.

Play games at 3 fps, and then 15. Nope.
this is how it is for me :(

the average human can view up to 60 fps.
get your facts straight

I have to date, never enjoyed a game as much as I did Saints row 2. (Except Timesplitters: Future perfect.)

I find it funny how they chose 60 fps just because that's the standard monitor refresh rate.
We just can't notice it because it's so smooth.

I get 50 fps for the first 5 minutes, and then 15-20 for the rest. Ujelly

I'm wondering if I should Pre-Order for PC or Console, My computer meets the recommended specs but I feel like I might have to run on all low.

well, the human eye doesn't actually see in frames at all.
But if you were to take a white image and a black image and alternate between them rapidly, around 60 fps is when you would just see a grey image.
