I can't believe how well this runs, only quick 0.5 second freezes on occasion.

Half a second isn't entirely 'quick', unless your estimate is accidentally reverse-exaggerating. I would consider lowering AA, post-processing and ambient occlusion. Honestly, it still looks pretty good at the lowest settings; I think the lack of freezes would be worth it.
