Don't worry they got it, if they still had the same stuff security system then the PS3 will be shut down again for another month again.

Not hacked, someone got passwords somewhere else, tried them on PSN.

yay, more free stuff in a month for being hacked again.

But seriously, what the hell, again? LEAVE BRITNEY PSN ALONE.

God dammit not again.

Are a complete dumbass? Sony was not hacked. Other databases were. Sony just found out that someone set up a macro to test thousands of user id/passwords a minute.

I'm not a complete dumbass. I'm just using hacked as a general term. Passwords and usernames were still seized, so I would think of that as hacking.

Simply because Sony takes up bits and pieces of your wallet, so of course they don't have a good security system.

Ran over and made sure I could log into PSN before I even clicked on this

You guys are overreacting. It clearly says "Less than one tenth of one percent (0.1%) of our PSN, SEN and SOE audience may have been affected.". Less than one tenth of one percent is VERY little. You have a better chance of being born with like, three arms, than getting your account compromised.

Um, I don't think 93,000+ people have 3 arms.

that would mean that about 700,000,000 people have three arms
which is not the case
