Minecraft: Multiplayer Saves Corrupted?

Ok, I start my server, and the console gives the error messege for a corrupted save file. After 3 hours of searching up how to fix it, I lay my old save to rest and start anew. 2 days later, today, the new file and save is borked.

I learned not to DL mods after my first save crashed.

If a save-file is corrupted, delete it. There's nothing to save it :c

But I suggest reinstalling the server software.

But yeah, every time I turn off the server I don't do 'Save All' commands. Sometimes I disconnect/autosave or I might hit the power button on my comp.
