In between inventory and radio. You need to be in one of the following cells:
-Public cell
-Cell owned by you, in build/elite mode, not sure if teams are affected by this.
-Cell owned by mutual friend, in build/elite mode, not sure if teams are affected by this.
-Cell owned by team, in build mode, and you are given team building permission.

If you're not allowed to build in the cell, the button will not show up.

Press M and also click the info bar at the top right.
You will now see a map and a compass that will guide you.

There isn't enough people to bother with multiple servers. And even if more people come, Aion can just expand the map just by throwing up an unowned static cell.

Yes. When it is in static mode, you need to get to the shrine (using jumps, destructive bombs, and maybe dirt bombs if you're still allowed to use move tronics on shrines)

I'm not even online at the moment, but use co-ordinates rather than names. All the regular cells (team/static/build) will not have names.
