Author Topic: Bara wants to buy a WW2 FPS  (Read 2174 times)

The game I'm looking for should be rather new, and not from the CoD series. Nope.
I'm thinking about Red Orchestra: Heroes of Stalingrad (16 Eur) and I think I'm going to buy it, unless you've got a better idea.

Discuss.

Brothers in Arms
and Red Orchestra

then that's all

Call of Duty 2 was actually good :(

Get the Resistance and Liberation mod for Hl2.
It's about as hardomodo as RO and it's still in beta.

The only problem is that most of the players found out about it from Criken's video, so they parrot his lines endlessly

DOD:S Is a really good game
Theres also a really fun map called Dod_Strand
You should get the game

Red Orchestra Ostfront.

Red Orchestra
Day of Defeat

The Brothers in Arms series are probably the best single player WWII FPS games ever (They have MP but it's pretty dead)

And for a multiplayer WWII FPS I'd advise Red Orchestra or Resistance and Liberation.

Most of these are old, some are new.
Medal Of Honor Allied Assault, Castle Wolfenstein, Battlefield 1942, Day of Defeat(non source), Battleground Europe(mmo), Invasion 1944(Arma 2 mod), Medal of Honor Pacific Assault, Red Orchestra 1-2, Wolfentsein Enemy Territory.

ace of spades
Thats based more off of World War 1.

Try Battlefield 1942. It's from 02 but it looks AMAZING for a game that old. Trust me, it has graphics you can compare with TF2.
