GMOD: Cover addon?

Is there some sort of addon that lets you use cover?

Like, going up to a wall and being able to peek from behind it.

Link please, because i found some other video, but it was uploaded December 2009 and it doesn't look like the video i'm remembering

The one i saw was showing props frozen vertically and the player was able to cover behind them and shoot over them and even hop over them
