Maybe Munk could make them
But he would give credit for ideas by me and sone other random hobos

the problem is that i believe there are only two slots you can mount to. head and body. you can mount fake images elsewhere, but i don't believe their shapes actually show. so you can't mount things to feet or shoulders, and you are limited to only one piece of body armor and a hat (taken by hatmod). i suggested that there were more empty slots put up for things like this and unique outfits, but it was never added. if i am wrong, let me know.

Of course, you can always bypass this problem with offsets.

And when you look down your leg suddenly floats away behind you.

Do you know why this is the case?
Extras on shoes and hands would be awesome.

that's not what i meant. i meant that image shapes don't appear when mounted to slots other than 0,1,2 and 5. i don't know for certain if this is true, but I have experienced it.

I guess that's true, too.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't work for 0, too. So yeah, it would look very funny unless you made a whole new model/playertype for each.

so is it a yes or no for GearMod?

Yay :D

Hey, I had an idea: You know, this hat system is a model that mounts to your head, right?

Why not make it able to have other things, like custom feet, hands, bodies. Mount a model made to fit onto the respective body part.
i.e. bracelets, body armor, vests, pistol holsters, pockets.

EDIT: With this, you could make the beta player that was being worked on, separate models mounted to you.
In the HM+ mod discussion topic before release.

I was thinking the same thing.
Really though, hats and other pieces of clothing could be for slightly more serious pursuits. Like TDMs. So there could be various clothing items for the team. Not saying Rusty and Munk should make stuff like that, but maybe someone could make an expansion later on.

So, this will probably be done in the future by the hatmod+ people. We might wanna urge them about this though.

0 is the right hand, of course it works.
