How would I overclock it?

How would I overclock it?

You need a decent CPU cooler first to make sure you get good temps and stable OC's. I recommend buying a Hyper 212. And then you can edit BIOS settings and rations and crap. Better to just check your drivers and all.

I have a Gigabyte Radeon 6950, and an AMD Phenom II X4 995 processor, but I get major performance issues in GTA IV, which is a very buggy game anyway, but it lags a lot more then it should.

Is my CPU holding back my graphics card or is this just a problem with GTA.
The 995 should be fine with that game. I really can't see what would be holding it back.
It is a super buggy game, but there are old Athlons with crappy $50 GPUs that can run it medium detail no problem.

You're forgeted unless you can get the update/firmware on a USB device (most motherboards have a feature that installs it for you, unsure of one that doesn't.)
Internal
External USB 3.0 and backwards
That will do plus I'll just buy a eyefi anyways. Could you find the internal in black?

What would be a good 128gb ssd to get? Are hdd prices still all forgeted up?

SSD's aren't rising, as the companies aren't in Thailand or whatever.

What.
Most CD/DVD/BD drives have colouring schemes like that, and they look perfectly fine.
The internal has a black/silver switchable front panel.

Is it windows 7?

Ethan, put this computer building tutorial in the thread. It's so good and accurate, and it shows EVERY STEP needed to build one.

Should I go for that 5850?
Where the forget do they think RRP is $500? LOL

No.
First number is series. Second number is family. Say you have a HD4850. They make a HD5850, which is an updated version of it, and is better.
However I must comment that a HD6850 isn't better than a HD5850, but it's just an uncommon exception.
That's really bad for the price. Get this and the rebate and you can play your game:

Ah, thank you so much for the advice and recommendation. Is every video card compatible with every computer?
Also, since Newegg doesn't ship to Europe, is this one (http://goo.gl/maK1D) the same/just as good?

My computer has a 350 Watt PSU and I assume its holding back my HD 5450, so I was wondering if this would be good. PSU

Going to upgrade my GPU after seeing this http://www.anandtech.com/show/2931
