My system benchmarks at:

3.4 ghz (stock frequency)
3.5 ghz (intel turbo boost)
3.7 ghz (intel turbo boost)
4.1 ghz (boosted multipliers, turbo boost off)
4.1 ghz (boosted multipliers, turbo boost off) attempt 2

the 3.7 had extra programs open. oops. :/

Don't worry; my RAM is 667MHz and any benchmarking program tells me it's 333MHz.

Not really. RAM shouldn't matter much unless you're running DDR.
