It's saying my CPU is clocked at 3.4 but I currently have it OC'd to 4, and 3D Mark 11 reports 4.

I think maybe I'm doing something wrong with PC Wizard? Either that or I don't understand something here. Enlightenment would be nice c:

edit: according to a few google searches, my RAM issue seems to be not an issue at all and rather quite normal. I just don't understand how RAM works apparently.

667 MHz for RAM is a bit low.  Not dangerously low, it's just low.

Gaming computer conversation with dad: "How about an iMac?"
He's the one that said that btw
LOL

Okay I found where memory was in PC Wizard.

This is my RAM. Is it supposed to report 667 MHz in PC Wizard?
It appears downclocked then.
Is your motherboard compatible with at least 1333?

500.0 GB Hitachi 7200RPM SATA2, UDMA 300 8m cache
Realtek HD digital audio (onboard)
Wireless 802.11 N 150MBs Network Card PCI
Logisys Black ATX Case w/side window & front USB

Logisys 400W ATX Power Supply
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit DVD w/SP1

$594.00

good deal?

Why, and where could i get a better deal?

Well, the 210 is a pretty weak card and the CPU could be better. You should check the OP for some builds if you feel like building one yourself, but if you feel you can't you can get a prebuilt. It won't be as powerful as it would be if you built it though.

What is your budget?

this is my motherboard. can you tell me if it's compatible?

in other news, I OC'd my GTX 580 from 797 MHz to 885 MHz (yes I stress tested no worries)

I'm satisfied with the performance increase with my latest benchmark - about 600 points more!

Yes, that's compatible.
It's confused me why it's downclocked it. Doesn't make sense.

good deal?
Nope.
The GPU is really bad, PSU isn't good quality and there's a few areas which are lacking a little bit. Solid CPU though.

Are you willing to build one yourself?

Did you see my post Ethan?

Is this better? Ple ase do not use abbreviations, as I don't know what they mean.

Yes, that's compatible.

according to more google searches, it's normal and 667 x 2 = ~1333

something to do with DDR. I suppose that means it's not actually downclocked and I was just interpreting it wrong.
