I bought those 7 things.
But I can't actually use my computer once I build it, without an operating system.

this is really one of those "no stuff sherlock" moments. how did you think computers worked? magic? lol

How the hell does a computer make those Error Beeps when theres no speakers  connected to it?

onboard sound. some (all? not sure) motherboards have speakers on them

you plug an internal speaker into the f_panel speaker input thing on the motherboard

I've built a computer and I'm getting some error beeps.
3 long and 1 short beep. There is no mention of this beep code but it appears to be some RAM issues (although RAM issue beep code is written as "constant long beep" in the manual) so I've decided to play it safe and ask you what RAM replacement-replacement RAM sticks I should buy for my Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 motherboard, since my Corsair Vengeance LP only gives me beeps.
Be very sure.
Try take out all sticks apart from one, and if that works, it's your RAM, if it doesn't, try all the other sticks one by one.

Motherboards have speakers in built.

I have 2x4GB and I've tried them by themselves and I've also tried some old 2GB sticks but it still powers up and beeps. Besides, RAM isn't that expensive anyways.

So you tried separate sticks, and it still has the same problem?
Not the RAM then, unless they are forgeted too.

So, I just download Linux off this computer and put it onto a flash drive, put it in my new computer, and does it automatically start downloading or something?

There's a very small little beeper that comes with every motherboard. It's not out of the speakers. It's not really a speaker as it only makes 1 sound.

1 long beep is almost always RAM issues and if your motherboard says that's the case then don't go off and replace the RAM just yet. It could mean your motherboard is fried or your CPU is broken.

Okay. Then what do I do?

To install it you must download the ISO. Then either find software to extract it to your flash drive or use WinRAR, I haven't tried the second method  but I assume it works. You then need to reboot your PC and see which button gets you to the boot menu. It's usually F12, press your button and select USB or USB-HDD or something along the lines of that. It will boot and you will install it.

loopy have you ever used linux before? I ask because I have a feeling you're going to dislike it if you haven't, it's nothing like windows.

Yeah, and you can't really use Windows programs unless you get WINE, which barely runs any applications and games will have low framerates, assuming you can get one to work. Blockland does work in WINE. It's all console based for the most part. It's not very user friendly.

I have, actually. And no I don't really like it. It's only temporary, though.

soooo this isn't exactly computer stuff but it's certainly related to my computer as I'll hook it up to my computer so hopefully it's okay to ask this here:

any recommendations for a sound system under $150 with a good subwoofer and good sound quality? preferably only 2 speakers or one of those bars, my room wouldn't really benefit from surround.

Sounds more like a monitor problem then. Try your drivers, if that doesn't work, then try an external monitor.

I can see "912x768" pixels :x It's a 1366x768 screen
