whats the most powerful laptop cooler you can think of
Water

Are there any programs or functions that allow you to format all of a computer except for the OS? I'd just wipe it completely and install Windows 7 but I don't have a Windows 7 disk.
That wouldn't be a format.

Meh.

Okay.
I could've bought a GPU for my parents' computer to play BF3 and Skyrim. I'm not allowed to put it in.

Uh, look on newegg.

First, I need a good internal optical drive that is at least $20 and is very good.
Second, I need two good 80mm case fans (one intake, one outtake) for my case.

There is intake and outtake fans for cases right?

is the NVIDIA GT 530 intergrated?

The GT530 is that card sticking up below that slightly tilted black fan right there.  It's the one that's standing completely perpendicular to the motherboard.

They are both the same. Just the way you screw it in. Fans force air through itself one way.

Both those fans are great. There are lots of color options (both colored plastic and clear with LEDs) if you wish to browse.

Is it normal for an RMA to take this almost 2 weeks or is my brother lying to me so my computer can't be better than his?

It's been a week and I haven't gotten my motherboard.
It takes a couple business days to get there, a day or two to check the part out, and 3-5 business days to ship.
:c

No, it's still processing.
I still have the broken PSU next to me on top of a dead computer.

don't you have to send them the part? or do they need to give you packaging for that or something?

I like green. c:

yes green

eryything's either blu or red (mine's chiefly blue) so break the grain bucko

I have a blue 80mm fan mounted to the side window of my case. Looks awesome because it lights up everything blue and gives the glass a nice glow.

EDIT: Also, I never realized just how fast a processor can get hot. When I was testing my motherboard to make sure it worked, I just hooked the cables up and threw a disposable Athlon II processor on it just to hear it post. In the 3 seconds it was on it went from below room temperature to almost scolding. :o

There's a video on youtube of a test where they take the heatsink off numerous processors while gaming. They smoke/burn/ignite in seconds.
