Are there any programs or functions that allow you to format all of a computer except for the OS? I'd just wipe it completely and install Windows 7 but I don't have a Windows 7 disk.

The only way I could think of is upgrading the OS by using the Upgrade option (this doesn't work if you're upgrading from a 32-bit version of windows to my knowledge.)

It has Windows 7 64-bit.

...then why do you just want to format the OS when it would be the exact same? (other than registry differences)

I want to remove all my games and videos and whatnot, for the purpose of having a computer for school, and my MC server. It's running kinda slow too.

Run CCleaner, and remove unused software via Programs and Features.
Kaboom.
